Bulldog

Moriz Jung (1885–1915) was an Austrian illustrator and printmaker associated with the Wiener Werkstätte, a key movement within the broader Viennese Secession. Known for his humour and inventive compositions, Jung contributed extensively to the Werkstätte’s postcards and design objects. Tragically, his promising career was cut short when he was killed in action during World War I at the age of just 30.

"Bulldog" captures not only his artistic flair but also his gift for character and mood, combining modern graphic techniques with a distinct personality. It stands as a vivid example of early graphic design evolving into art in its own right.
